About Us

New Approach Medical Administration is a billing and debt collection bureau for the Medical profession founded in 2014. Its founder and CEO, Dr Peter John Roth, has been in private Medical practice since 1988 and since 2006 has been involved in the administration of a big anaesthetic partnership in the Western Cape. New Approach arose when the partnership dissolved into an association and thus required an administration and billing entity to function efficiently.

Our staff and management have over 50 years combined experience in medical administration and debt collection. As most of our management and staff come from a medical and medical administration background, we are more knowledgeable in ethical billing, billing codes and the day-to-day needs of the modern medical practitioner than most of our competitors.

At New Approach we strive to stay up to date with technology and incorporate it to improve our efficiency. For example our NewApp Daybook and E-billing applications for anaesthetists are the only one of their kind in the market. We make use of professional specialist consultants to provide an excellent and superior service to our clients.
